How to Book an apartment of my choice
We don\'t book apartments for less than three days . You can book any apartment you like, as long as you are planning to stay longer than three days with us .
In order to book an apartment, you must make a payment, providing one night of your stay. ( A payment is a guarantee that you will come. Also, it is a guarantee that the apartment of your choice will be booked for you ) .
Caution ! We take offers from everyone, but offers with the payment will be considered first.
Payment is included in the cost of the living. You can make the payment by sending the money to our banking account, or by using ‘\'Western Union\'\'. Best way to book apartment is to do it at least two weeks before your arrival.
You can call us whenever you like, and receive any other information about renting our apartments.
How to cancel booking
In case you cannot come, the payment for one night of your stay will not be returned to you.
In case the date of your arrival changes, the payment will not be returned to you. You will have to make a new booking, and send us a new payment . ( A payment guarantees your arrival. With the payment, we hold the apartment for you, canceling all of the offers made by other clients ) .
Time of arrival and departure
Time of arrival – 12 : 00pm Time of departure - 12 :00pm -14:00pm
Arrival earlier than 12 : 00pm is possible only if the apartment is free from the previous client. If there are no clients after 12 :00pm , you can extend the time of your departure utill 14 :00pm . If your departure time is after 14 :00pm , you will need to pay half the cost of one night of living in the apartment. To leave after the departure time , the apartment must not be booked by other client.
How to pay for my stay in the apartment
You will pay for your stay as you arrive at the apartment. We take cash only.
What is included in the cost of stay
Prices on our web site are in US dollars / days of rent. The price includes number of people living in the apartment. Although, there can be no more than :
· Two people in a one-room apartment
· Four people in a two or three room apartment
The price of the apartment includes : bedroom and kitchen supplies, towels; utilities, telephone ( only in the Kiev boundary ) . Room service comes once a week, in a time best suited for you.
The price of the apartment does not include : telephone use outside of the Kiev boundary.
